Ingredients:
- 1 Sashimi grade Albacore Tuna Loin
- ½ cup Soy Sauce
- 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1 bunch Green Onions – chopped
- 3 Tbsp Orange Rind
- 1 Tbsp fresh Ginger – minced
- 2 Tbsp fresh Garlic – minced
- 2 Tbsp Lime Juice
- 1-2 Tbsp Sriracha Sauce – to taste (optional)
- Dash of Sesame Seeds
Directions:
- Mix together all of the ingredients except for the Tuna Loin.
- Partially thaw Tuna Loin (leave frozen in the center).
- Cut into 1 ½ inch thick medallions
- Marinate Tuna in the sauce for about one hour in a freezer bag in your fridge.
- Bring BBQ to a medium/high heat.
- Sear tuna lightly on the outside or to about ½ inch into the tuna, turn over and repeat on the other side (leaving tuna raw in the middle)
